The terms and conditions below regulate the use of and sales carried out on the Dear Denier web shop located on web address DearDenier.com. You have to be over 18 years of age or have your custodian’s permission to shop at www.DearDenier.com. A product purchase assume acceptance of our terms and conditions. The purchase is considered carried out in full as soon as your purchase is confirmed on your screen. All frauds will be reported to the police. DearDenier.com follows Danish law recommendation in case of a dispute.

Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information will only be used by Dear Denier and by those third parties engaged by us to assist in providing services, information and products to you. Dear Denier does not sell, rent, assign or give your information to any third party other than the aforementioned. You are entitled to see, correct and delete the personal information stored upon request. Payment security

For the safety of your personal information Dear Denier uses SSL Certificates to encrypt information passed to and from the website during the payment session. When placing an order you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser window when SSL is activated. The Dear Denier web site uses cookies in order to improve the experience when browsing and using the website. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. The Dear Denier web shop will not operate properly when cookies are disabled in your web browser. 


Prices

All prices in the Dear Denier web shop are stated in DKK and include VAT (25%). Dear Denier reserve the right to adjust pricing without further notice. The current shipping cost is stated below the pricing in the checkout. VAT 25% will be charged to all purchases within the European Union. For purchases outside the European Union the customer is responsible for any customs charges that might be applicable. Swedish VAT 25 % is included in the displayed price but will be reduced to Tax Free in checkout. Dear Denier is not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies on this website.

When shopping on www.deardenier.com you can pay with the following encrypted and secure payment methods:

Assortment
Dear Denier is not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies on this website. DearDenier.com cannot guarantee that all product images exactly reproduce the actual colour of the products. We do our best to present the products as realistic as possible, however the colour settings may differ on different computers and thus affect the colour shown on your screen. Dear Denier have the right to change the assortment without further notice and have the right to remove items before you place your order.
